This is used to uppercase a variable. This is equivalent to the PHP
   
   strtoupper() function.

Will output:
If Strike isn't Settled Quickly it may Last a While. IF STRIKE ISN'T SETTLED QUICKLY IT MAY LAST A WHILE.
